What we do with your data

Merch House (Chamber of Commerce 88840174, Antheunisstraat 148, 2522 ZJ Den Haag, no visiting address) processes your data to answer your request, make a proof, invoice and deliver. You can reach us at info@merchhouse.nl.

Which data

Through the form: your name, email address, phone number, company name if any, your wishes and the file you upload (logo, photo or design). Legal basis: performance of the contract or the steps leading up to it, and our statutory retention obligation for the administration. On submission we store an encrypted derivative of your IP address to limit abuse of the form; it expires after an hour.

Your file

We keep the uploaded file for up to one year so you can easily reorder, then we delete it. Want it gone sooner, email us. If people appear in a photo, you are responsible for their consent.

Retention and sharing

We keep requests and orders as long as needed to handle them and then seven years for the tax administration. We do not share your data, except with our hosting and email provider (Strato AG, servers in the EU) that processes it technically, and with PostNL for delivery when we ship.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data (as far as the retention obligation allows) and object; email info@merchhouse.nl. Complaints can be lodged with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
